Moon-TiaraNET is currently open for hosting! If you're interested in being a hostee, please read the rules below before contacting me.


Rules
•Absolutely NO porn/hentai websites. Also no hate sites!
•No uploading of mp3 of any kind unless it is your own creation.
•Provide a link back to me somewhere on your webpage where it is visible.
•Please update at least once a month.
•You have to know basic FTP. I'm willing to help you a little with it, but I will not teach you if you do not know it.
•No pre-made layouts. Your site must be coded by yourself and it should have a nice design.
•Upload your site to Geocities or other free hosts first so that I could preview it. Applications without one will be ignored.
•If you're a friend of mine, you can ignore everything above and just ask. xD

•Manga scanlation sites
•I'm pretty much open to anything else, especially Sailor Moon sites!
